About The Position

Oversees clinical and operational functions of the Crisis Stabilization Center and staff. Provide direct patient care on an as needed basis. Develops implements and monitors standards of clinical care for adult clients.# Responsible for implementing, monitoring and ensuring corporate compliance of OZH, JCAHO, CARF, HCFA, and DMH standard of crisis stabilization for all clinicians/providers delivering psychological services. Will be responsible for schedules, quarterly reports, quality and performance compliance, and daily operation of the Crisis Stabilization programs and employees. Developing community relationships and attending state-wide meetings is a central function of this position. Four plus years of experience in delivery of mental health services. Two plus years of experience in mental health program development and administration. Two plus years in supervision of mental health providers. Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment Excellent clinical assessment skills Leadership skills or ability to motivate others Qualifications -# Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Registered Nurse with 2 years mental health experience. Management of Crisis Stabilization Center including: overseeing activities of staff providing guidance and support regarding direct patient care; interaction with third-party crisis hotline provider, local law enforcement, and OZH Emergency Department 30% Function as a direct clinical professional taking clinical calls and perform applicable assessments. 20% Employee Relations: Establish and monitor employee training programs and education. Coordinate hiring activity of the department. 15% Quality: Manage quality dashboard items that pertain to crisis services, including customer service. 15% Financial: Assist Financial Analyst and/or Director in preparation of department budgets, monitor employee performance to standard. 10% Service Recovery: Manage client issues with providers and external clinic locations 10% Describe duties performed at periodic intervals, such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, and indicate the frequency. frequency BHC Management Team 1/week OZH Intake Team As needed OZH Neuropsych Treatment Team As needed

Requirements

  • Four plus years of experience in delivery of mental health services.
  • Two plus years of experience in mental health program development and administration.
  • Two plus years in supervision of mental health providers.
  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment

  • Leadership skills or ability to motivate others
