24/7 Crisis Specialist- 100% Remote Mindoula is a next-generation population health management company supporting individuals with complex behavioral health, medical, and social needs. Using technology to scale the human connection, our multidisciplinary teams provide 24/7 support to underserved populations, helping members stay safe, connected, and engaged in care. As a 24/7 Crisis Center Case Manager, you’ll be a key member of Mindoula’s crisis response team, providing real-time support to members experiencing behavioral health crises. You’ll respond via phone, text, and chat, assess risk, de-escalate crises, develop safety plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care—all while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This role operates on a scheduled shift within a 24/7 coverage model, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays.
