With a commitment to patient and family centered care, the Crisis Response Technician assists in delivering care, observing patient behaviors and assisting with various aspects of patient care. The Crisis Response Technician works closely with the R.N. and reports any changes in patient's mood or behavior in a timely fashion. In addition to direct patient care, the Crisis Response Technician works collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and Physician care team to facilitate case management for those patients who require inpatient services and discharge planning for patients needing outpatient services.
