Nexus-FACTS is excited to add Crisis Responders for its innovative Family Response and Stabilization Services (FRSS) program! This program crisis provides response and stabilization services to Hennepin County families with youth ages 0-18 everyday, 365 days a year, 24/7! Crisis need is defined by the family and services are driven by family’s cultural, community and clinical needs. Our Family Response Team de-escalates and addresses the immediate concern with the goal of responding in-home within one hour. Our Family Response Team connects family with other supports with option of eight-week stabilization services to help promote well-being of the family. Location, Schedule and Pay: Weekends required (approximately once a month) Hiring full-time, 40 hours per week Scheduling between hours 9am-11pm $52,000 per year Mendota Heights, MN This is a hybrid position requiring in person, remote, and on the road. Position Summary: The Family Responder assists eligible clients and their families at times of difficulty and in crisis. Responders support the child/youth and family system in various settings (hospitals, home, school, childcare, etc.) through assessment of needs and providing a plan with access to needed medical, social, and educational services that promote stability, healthy family functioning, and keeping the family unit together. The Family Responder aligns themselves with the client, their experiences and needs and always within their culture, and community. Family Responders are guided by the Program Lead and supervised by a clinical supervisor.
