About The Position

This position plans, implements, monitors, and revises the provision of the overall Crisis Residential Treatment services in conjunction with Administrator oversight. The Assistant Administrator has responsibility for overall supervision and daily operations oversight of all CRT staff. Oversees the Administrative, Behavioral Health, TQM/CQI processes of the program. The Assistant Administrator represents the CRT to county agencies and the community, as well as various committees, councils, trainings, and community forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, or other health and human services field.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology.
  • Two years experience in a mental health field.
  • Two years experience performing comparable functions in a Medi-Cal Mental Health Services (EPSDT) setting.
  • Three years direct service experience with seriously mentally disordered patients.
  • Two years supervisory experience in an in-patient setting.
