About The Position
This position will serve residents of San Benito County, applicants are required to use personal vehicles to perform crisis Services throughout San Benito County. The job involves overseeing a program that provides 24/7 crisis response and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The role includes intervening with crisis behaviors while developing the individuals' strengths and interests, linking to community resources, and helping to create permanent connections for individuals. The position requires working independently in various community and treatment settings.
