This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. This position provides expertise and strategic guidance for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for crisis staff. The Advisor collaborates with enterprise leadership, training teams, and operational staff to design onboarding, retraining, and ongoing learning initiatives, ensuring the reflect best practices, are evidence-informed, and meet the needs of both staff and the populations served.
