About The Position
The position involves working within the vision, mission, and philosophy of Pacific Clinics, overseeing a program that provides 24/7 crisis response and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The role includes intervening with crisis behaviors while developing the individuals' strengths and interests, linking them to community resources, and ensuring their needs are met through a strength-based approach. The position may require searching for, locating, and engaging individuals' natural supports and assisting with transitioning individuals to the lowest level of care needed. The work is conducted independently in individuals' or youth's homes and in various community and treatment settings.
