Under direct supervision, serves as a primary support and case manager to provide screening, assessment, and assist in linking services needed by members served and their family to overcome the crisis which brought them into the program. The primary purpose of the CSU is to offer immediate individualized assistance to stabilize acute psychiatric symptoms and help consumers avoid inpatient hospitalization. The 24/7 program will have the capacity to treat 12 consumers at any given time, both voluntary and involuntary, and utilizes a strengths-based, recovery oriented model of care.
