Position Summary: The Case Manager will coordinate and take the lead on all case management support services for the Phila. CeaseFire CIA Program designed Crisis Intervention Program. The Case Manager will work closely with individuals that have been victimized by violent crime including family members, and area residents. The Case Manager must conduct interviews with individuals recently injured in a hospital or community setting as well as link participants with community. resources. Individuals in this position will work closely with adult assault victims, co-victims, law enforcement, social service agencies and providers.
