This role supports the continued delivery of quality and compassionate care in communities, offering a retention bonus for both non-certified/licensed and certified/licensed candidates. As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at the Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you will serve as the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. The position involves providing comprehensive clinical evaluations, guiding the flow of services, overseeing non-clinical team members, and collaborating with community partners to ensure timely, person-centered care. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a leadership role within a fast-paced, crisis care environment, enjoy directly supporting individuals in crisis while mentoring team members, value collaboration across disciplines and agencies, and believe in holistic, person-centered care to prevent unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 11:00pm-7:30am.
