About The Position
MAIN FUNCTION: Provides crisis psychiatric consultation services to the Emergency Department and the med/surg floors for patients identified as having an emergent mental health related problem or concern. Provides coverage for the evenings, nights and weekends.
Requirements
- M.S. degree in psych/mental health field or PhD psychiatric clinicians
- LCSW,LMFT, LPC or LADC required
Responsibilities
- Provides crisis psychiatric consultation services to the Emergency Department

- Identifies patients as having an emergent mental health related problem or concern
- Provides coverage for the evenings, nights and weekends
