At FBH we have a variety of client services, including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, crisis services, partnerships with schools, law enforcement and more. Our evidence-based, culturally appropriate, trauma informed behavioral health services address the diverse needs of those we serve. The Crisis Clinician is a member of a multi-disciplinary team, which provides telephonic and outreach crisis intervention and evaluation services to individuals and families. The primary goals of these programs are to divert individuals from admission to an emergency department, the criminal justice system, and inpatient psychiatric treatment while maximizing the use of community resources for stabilization purposes. These programs serve individuals who could have a co-occurring disorder and may also be homeless. MRRCT which includes the Mobile Crisis Assessment and Triage (MCAT) team and Child, Youth, and Family Mobile Crisis (CYFMC) team. The MCAT team serves individuals who are 21+ years old. The Crisis Clinician provides rapid response, assessment services, crisis intervention, engagement, supportive counseling, information and referral, assistance with Medicaid enrollment as appropriate, linkage to requested/necessary resources and appropriate community-based mental health and linkage to substance use services for ongoing treatment and follow-up. SHIFT: SATURDAY & SUNDAY 7AM-5:30PM - There is added shift differential for this shift of 10.98%. This a Part-Time position at 20 hours per week which is a .5FTE.
