Be the Calm in the Crisis — Make a Meaningful Impact as a Crisis Clinician – Youth Schedule: Monday, Thursday and Saturday 9:00am - 9:00pm. Join a compassionate, mission-driven team responding to youth in behavioral health or substance use crises. As a Crisis Clinician – Youth , (Internal Title: Triage Clinician) you’ll be at the front lines of care, conducting assessments, supporting youth aged 5–17, and guiding them toward stabilization and healing. Working in our Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care (YBHUC) center, you'll help ensure youth in rural communities receive timely, person-centered, and trauma-informed support—without unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement.
