The Adult Home & Community Based Team is seeking a highly organized, self-starting, and energetic individual for a Crisis Bed Specialist role within our residential stabilization program. This program is actively transitioning to an Integrated Crisis Bed Program model by July 2026, merging mental health crisis beds with public inebriate beds to better serve individuals experiencing acute mental health crises and/or active substance use concerns. Crisis Bed Specialists provide direct support based on individual needs, including developing coping skills, symptom management, crisis intervention, safety planning, medication stabilization, connection to resources, and overall wellness. Collaboration with clients’ treatment teams, community partners, and other agencies is essential to support independence and ensure comprehensive care. This role is ideal for someone empathetic, patient, able to manage high-stress situations, and passionate about making a meaningful impact.
