About The Position
The Department of Criminal Justice Administration at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for a full-time, temporary (non-tenurable) faculty position (#121040) at the rank of lecturer. This is a one-year temporary appointment. The start date for the appointment is August 1, 2025. Teaching responsibilities may include a combination of undergraduate courses in Introduction to Criminal Justice, Judicial Process, Criminal Investigations, and Emergency Management. The lecturer will be required to teach courses on-site and online and to be regularly available to students during office hours. Before teaching online courses, the lecturer must receive the appropriate training to teach online classes for MTSU.
