The Oregon TITAN Fusion Center (OTFC) is a component of the Analytical & Criminal Investigative Services Section (ACISS) that communicates and coordinates with the National Network of Fusion Centers and the federal government to collect information related to potential terrorist activities, participate in criminal investigations with a possible terrorism nexus, and protects the civil liberties and privacy interests of Oregon citizens throughout the intelligence process. This position will support two mission areas, the Fusion Liaison Officer (FLO) program and Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) Program. The analytical component is entrusted with detailed law enforcement sensitive information relating to ongoing criminal investigations, which requires maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality.
