About The Position
The Weingart Firm, PLLC is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time associate attorney to join our team in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in criminal law, with a strong preference for those who have experience in DUI law, MVD processes, and trial experience in Arizona. This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. At The Weingart Firm, we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to case management, while also valuing the ability of our attorneys to work independently. The firm provides a vehicle allowance, health insurance, and covers Bar dues and CLE fees for our attorneys. As an associate attorney, you will be expected to manage a caseload effectively, engage with clients, and represent them in various legal proceedings. Your role will involve conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for trials.
