Requirements

Battle-tested in criminal defense , owning cases end-to-end and relentlessly advocating for client outcomes
Strategic thinker who builds winning defenses , leveraging deep legal research, evidence analysis, and proactive case development
Precision-driven operator , producing sharp, persuasive motions, briefs, and filings that move cases forward
Negotiates from strength , consistently driving favorable plea deals, reductions, and dismissals
Courtroom-ready and composed under pressure , delivering confident arguments and decisive advocacy in hearings and trials
Stays ahead of the law , tracking legal trends, statutes, and case law to outpace opposing counsel
Commanding communicator , able to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and empathy while setting expectations and building trust
Experience in Criminal Law, preferably 2-3 years.
Ability to develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to individual client needs.
Proven track record of successful courtroom representation and negotiation skills.
Strong research and analytical skills to support case preparation and strategy.
Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and provide clear guidance.
Commitment to mentoring and developing junior attorneys and support staff.
Familiarity with legal technology tools to enhance case management and client service.
