About The Position

This role involves leading the development of ISO policy forms, endorsements, and related materials for Crime & Fidelity insurance, using market, industry, legal, and regulatory knowledge to innovate products. The position includes engaging with clients through meetings and teleconferences, collaborating with Verisk compliance experts to address emerging trends, and building relationships to promote Verisk's offerings. Additionally, the role requires creating industry-leading solutions, contributing to thought leadership through writing and speaking, and mentoring less experienced staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years P&C insurance experience with strong knowledge of coverages in Crime & Fidelity.
• Excellent development and analysis of policy forms required.
• Experienced with multistate filings.
• Proven research and analytical skills.
• Pro-active problem solver.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with presentation experience.
• Experience building great internal or external customer relationships.
• CPCU, other industry designations, or law degree a plus.
• Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead technical and conceptual development of ISO policy forms, endorsements and related materials.
• Function as the strategic thought leader in Crime & Fidelity, using understanding of coverages, market, industry, legal, and regulatory trends to gauge impact on insurance programs.
• Develop panel agenda topics and coordinate panel meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with Verisk compliance experts to react to emerging trends and create new insurance products.
• Foster client engagement through relationship-building efforts and coordinate in-person visits and teleconferences.
• Leverage the Emerging Issues Solutions Architect team to develop industry leading solutions for emerging trends.
• Further Verisk's position as thought leader by speaking and writing about Verisk products and industry trends.
• Mentor less experienced staff regarding insurance-related topics and Verisk internal systems.
