Under the direction of the Crime Analyst Supervisor (CA Sup), the Crime Analyst (CA) I is responsible for providing support for all Information Expedite Services Section (IESS) Command Center operations which includes providing criminal history for investigative purposes, database assistance with stolen vehicles/ missing persons/ wanted persons, and back up for special programs after hours. You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements in the Class Specification
  • A fingerprint check is required.
  • Clearly indicate JC - 498610 in the "Examination(s) or Job Title(s) For Which You Are Applying" section of your State Application.
  • If you are using education to meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must submit a copy of your transcript or diploma. An official transcript will be required prior to appointment.
  • A background check is required (if applicable).
