About The Position

The Crew Leader assists management with crew training and floor management, taking charge in the absence of management. This role involves performing hourly tasks while providing direction and control as needed. The Crew Leader is responsible for supervising the restaurant operation during slow periods and assisting management with the training of hourly employees at all times or as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to assist in training crew members.
