About The Position
The position involves providing excellent guest service in a movie theatre environment. Associates may be cross-trained and assigned various duties at management's discretion. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, handling transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the theatre. Associates are expected to demonstrate effective sales techniques and ensure the security of cash and tickets. They must also monitor auditoriums for quality and safety, enforce movie ratings, and assist with custodial duties as needed. The role requires the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision while following safety procedures and company standards.
