About The Position
The position involves providing excellent guest service in a movie theatre environment. Associates may be cross-trained and assigned various duties at management's discretion. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, operating point-of-sale terminals, and ensuring the security of cash and tickets. Associates are expected to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the theatre, monitor auditoriums for quality and safety, and uphold company standards and policies.
