About The Position

As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of Cheba Hut — crafting tasty subs, providing genuine service, and helping create the fun, relaxed atmosphere we’re known for. You’ll: Greet customers with personality (no robots allowed!) Handcraft food to order while keeping quality and safety first Rock the register — take orders, handle cash, and process payments Keep the shop fresh: clean as you go and maintain sanitation standards Jump in where needed — from prepping fresh ingredients to helping teammates crush the rush

Requirements

No experience? No problem. Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old
A great attitude, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-driven environment
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle the hustle of a busy shop
Think “shop first”/“customer first.”
Demonstrate integrity.
Demonstrate self-direction.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to employees and customers.
Ability to work with a diverse team and culture.
Food safety/handling training (as required by state).
Must operate equipment safely.

Stamina to work an 8-hour shift.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, breads, sauces, and vegetables.
