About The Position

We are a fast-growing franchise group operating multiple Huey Magoo’s locations across Mississippi, with expansion into North Alabama underway. Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing food according to recipe standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team through all back-of-house operations. You will rotate through stations such as prep, fry, grill, and salad—and everyone contributes to keeping the kitchen clean, including dishwashing. We provide simple procedures, organized systems, and all the tools you need to perform well. Huey Magoo's is a chicken tender concept that only serves the "filet mignon" of chicken. We are rapidly growing in the state of Mississippi and are making it our mission to "Make Someone Smile Today". We want to provide an exceptional dining experience and a fun & rewarding work environment for our team members.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Restaurant experience preferred, but not required for the right work ethic
  • Ability to work with urgency, stay organized, and follow procedures
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
