About The Position
As an associate at AMC, you will be responsible for delivering superior service while connecting with our guests and supporting efforts to achieve AMC's financial goals. Your role will involve various tasks including providing excellent guest service, maintaining a calm demeanor, answering guest questions, and working effectively with supervisors and co-workers. You will also be expected to multitask, demonstrate effective sales techniques, complete transactions accurately, and ensure the security of cash and tickets. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the theatre, monitoring auditoriums, and following safety procedures.
