About The Position
A McDonald’s Crew Trainer is a critical part of our team. They are required to do the same things a crew member is responsible for throughout the restaurant. You will need to greet customers cheerfully, take their order, and operate the register. You are also required to operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary. Throughout your shift, you will assist with keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring everything is fully stocked. Additionally, Crew Trainers are mentors to our new team members, providing training on each station within the store. This job posting contains some information about what it is like to work in a McDonald’s restaurant, but it is not a complete job description. People who work in a McDonald’s restaurant perform a number of different tasks every day, and this posting does not list all of the essential functions of this job.
Requirements
- Ability to Read and Write
- Possess Basic Computer Knowledge
- Ability to count money and accurately give change
- Have a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Work as a member of a team
- Manage Time effectively
- Must be 16 years of Age with at least a 9th Grade education
