About The Position

Azuria Water Solutions is seeking a CDL Trainer. Azuria Water Solutions is a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems. Responsibilities: As a CDL Trainer, the primary responsibility is to train employees to meet the requirements for a CDL license including necessary endorsements. Training will include theory, range, and behind-the-wheel. When training is not scheduled the trainer may be assigned to drive a truck for purposes of delivering items (i.e., materials/equipment) for the company. Must be able to conduct training classes from groups of 4-75 attendees. Assist in data mining, generating reports, and record keeping. Physical Demands: In the performance of duties for this position, the employee is: regularly required to sit, talk, and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, occasionally required to stand, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and taste or smell; regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 65 pounds). Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Ability for extended concentration. Work Environment: In performing the duties for this job, the employee will generally work in an office/shop type environment but will be required to travel to client sites and regularly be required to work in outside weather conditions (near job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations). The noise level is usually moderate. Travel by pedestrian method, public transportation, automobiles and/or airplane is required. Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED required. Candidate must have 2 years of experience driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle and have a CDL class A license with airbrakes. Must have experience conducting hands-on-driver training. Detailed knowledge of DOT guidelines required. Must be able to travel in the US approximately 95% of the time. Familiarity with Samsara or other driver monitoring systems is preferred. Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required.
