About The Position

Responsibilities

• Keep the restaurant clean and looking great
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare and serve McDonald's world-famous food
• Make sure the customers have a positive experience from start to finish
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and create a productive work environment
• Sweep, mop, clean bathrooms, equipment, work surfaces, windows, walls, tables, and seating
• Put up advertising displays, posters, and seasonal decorations
• Take out trash, recycling, and composting where applicable
• Stock food and supplies
• Perform all aspects of food preparation, including prepping, frying, grilling, baking, toasting, assembly, and presentation
• Brew coffee, prepare shakes and blended drinks, and dispense sodas
• Assist customers with ordering on kiosks or at their chosen point of purchase
• Take customer orders at the front counter, Drive-Thru, or via digital media and process their payments
• Serve food and beverages to customers and delivery personnel
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
