  • Impress every guest by greeting them as soon as they enter the Restaurant and always saying thank you.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, humble, and genuine manner.
  • Take, assemble, and deliver orders quickly, accurately, neatly, and within the service experience time.
  • Prepare gold-standard quality products for guests and adhere to all food safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Work as a team with fellow co-workers to meet goals and have fun.
  • Ensure that restaurants are clean, safe, and welcoming to guests.
  • Represent Bican Family Restaurants Inc. and McDonald's in an ethical way.
  • Perform all other duties as needed and assigned.
