About The Position

Crew member opportunities are available anytime: breakfast, lunch, dinner, late nights, overnights, weekends - whatever. As a Crew Member, some of your responsibilities may be to interact with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion, be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest. You will maintain a neat and clean appearance, follow food safety procedures, maintain a safe working condition, and anticipate and identify problems to help find solutions. Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
