About The Position

The Crew Scheduler at Breeze Airways plays a crucial role in the Crew Service Team, responsible for scheduling Pilots and Flight Attendants in compliance with government regulations and company policies. Requirements

• Previous airline, station, or operations experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts, overtime, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
• Authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in Crew Scheduling or other airline experience.
• Experience using Navitaire and Gladly.
• Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all scheduled crew members are legal, qualified, and available for their assignments.
• Proficiently use company-approved crew scheduling software and adhere to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all FAR legalities for Flight Crew and Flight Attendant Team Members.
• Monitor and check legalities regarding flight time, duty time, and rest requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members, Dispatch, Training, Inflight, Flight, and Crew Planning to ensure compliance for all crew members.
• Coordinate and book hotel and ground transportation for crew members.
• Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in line with Breeze Aviation Group Values.
