About The Position

Employees that are minors and/or only work after school hours and weekends start at $16.70 per hour. Staff that are hired for opening shifts (4am) will earn $18.50 per hour. Staff that are hired for closing shifts (willing to close the restaurant that can go as late as 1 or 2am but start times are flexible) will earn $18.50 per hour. Employees that are minors have task and hour restrictions.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at our restaurants
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
