About The Position

Sky Zone is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team in various part-time roles. This position involves engaging with park members and guests in a fun and dynamic environment, ensuring a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the park.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high volume, customer-facing role in entertainment, retail, service, or fitness industries.
• Customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor court activities to ensure safety and compliance with park rules.
• Assist customers at the café, providing food and beverage service.
• Host parties, ensuring a fun and organized experience for guests.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and customer inquiries.
• Promote and sell memberships to park visitors.
