About The Position

Beach Happy Cafe is seeking energetic, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Watercolor. As a New Hire Team Member, you will be cross-trained to support both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Operate POS system and handle transactions as needed
• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Follow all recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
• Wash dishes and maintain dish area as needed
• Support cooks and kitchen staff during service
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
• Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Work collaboratively with all team members across departments
• Uphold Beach Happy Cafe’s standards and values
