About The Position

Russell Landscape is hiring motivated Crew Members and Crew Leaders to maintain commercial and government properties. ?? Must be a U.S. citizen (government requirement). We are willing to train the right candidates. What You’ll Do Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional Load/unload equipment and assist with enhancement projects ALL CREWS MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR THESE PROPERTIES!!! Crew Leaders: Supervise crews, ensure quality standards, and train team members.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
• Team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• ALL CREWS MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR THESE PROPERTIES!!!

Nice To Haves

• Crew Members: 2+ years of commercial landscape experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Crew Leaders: 3+ years of commercial landscape experience with leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED for Crew Leader position)
