Responsibilities

  • Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant.
  • Work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Requirements

  • A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members).
  • Desire to learn how to cook.
  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
