About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team at Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lehi, UT. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our restaurant, including operating the cash register, assisting customers with their orders, and supporting food preparation and kitchen staff as needed. In this role, you will be expected to operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. You will assist customers with their orders, providing exceptional customer service that reflects the values of Chipotle. Additionally, you will support food preparation and kitchen staff, bus tables, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Promoting sales and up-selling menu items will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as sanitizing work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers. This position offers flexible scheduling options, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time candidates. You will have the opportunity to work various shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, depending on your availability.
