Requirements

• Experience in food service industry.
• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with crew leaders, customers, and vendors using 'Tropitude' (Tropitude is our 'mojo' and what makes Tropical Smoothie Café fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
• Delivers 'Unparalleled Hospitality' to each customer that visits our café.
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly in stock and stored.
• Accurate order taking, includes repeating order to customer at time of order.
• Setting up or closing down the dining room, restrooms, and patios.
• Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties and re-stocking.
