About the position

The Team Member at Dave's Hot Chicken is responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, focusing on guest service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Perform guest service duties including greeting guests and taking orders.
• Prepare food items according to the DHC menu and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing utensils.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure efficient service and operations.
• Follow the DHC Training Program to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding training needs and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers and management.
