About The Position

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is a key aspect of the job.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in entertainment, retail, service, or fitness industries.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
• Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
• Monitor safety as a Court Monitor.
• Assist customers as a Café Associate.
• Host parties as a Party Host.
• Manage front desk operations.
• Engage in membership sales.
