Acts as the first point of contact for potential and current Goldfish customers, and is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company. Requirements

Ability to work with children
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Must pass background examinations (included with training)
High school diploma or GED is preferred, or currently in High School.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or childcare provider preferred.
Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (Training Provided)

Responsibilities

Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a professional manner.
Processes student registrations using effective sales/customer service techniques.
Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.
Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending
Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
Evaluates students’ progress, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students’ swim skills.
Acts as a GSS “ambassador” to ensure parental satisfaction.
Reports accidents and incidents to management.
Completes required documentation and paperwork.
Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

$100 monthly stipend toward your medical insurance with monthly receipt. All benefits are offered after 90 days of employment.
