This position involves performing crew member duties as directed and assigned by the Manager On Duty at a Sonic Drive-In. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, order taking, carhop services, food and drink preparation, cooking, packaging food, serving food to guests, handling sales transactions, and cleaning equipment and all areas of the building and grounds. The role requires working in various Basic Stations such as Fountain & Frozen, Dresser, Front Swamp, Back Swamp, Grill, Switchboard, Expeditor, Food Prep, Carhop, Skating Carhop, and Drive-Thru, as needed, to ensure that all menu items meet operational standards for preparation, portion control, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste, and service. Crew members are also expected to provide team support, operate the switchboard and sales register, prepare various food and drink items efficiently, package orders, serve customers, and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the drive-in.
