About The Position

GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to operate in Harmons’ Just Burgers by preparing and assembling food and beverage orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment while maximizing guest satisfaction. From working the register to mastering the grill, Just Burgers associates become part of the team working in all aspects of the restaurant. This person will become a master at preparing Wagyu Beef Burgers, Chicken Burgers, and fries with the exceptional service Harmons’ guests expect.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or GED preferred; one year of delicatessen/kitchen/fast food experience preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Current Food Handler’s Permit
Should have a passion for preparing, eating, and drinking food and beverages, particularly burgers

Responsibilities

Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services that Just Burgers provides
Ensures Just Burger department is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards of appearance
Delivers excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints to promote the company image and increase customer confidence and loyalty
Must be eager to work, take pride in their work, and have attention to detail
Prepares food and beverages from the Just Burgers menu
Shows a desire for personal and professional growth
Sets a professional and positive example to others
Communicates openly and frequently with direct supervisor
Ensures company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity are maintained
Assists as needed to ensure the success of the Just Burger department as a whole
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
