About The Position

Hot Chi serves up Chicago-style hot chicken—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. We’re about more than food; we’re about hustle, community, and making sure every guest leaves with a little 🔥.

As a Crew Member at Hot Chi’s downtown food hall locations, you’ll rotate between guest service, food prep, and kitchen support. With a small team, everyone plays an important part in keeping things running smoothly.

Requirements

• Optimistic, team-oriented attitude
• Reliability—on time, ready to work
• Ability to move fast and stay focused during rushes
• Flexible to jump in wherever needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you

Responsibilities

• Serve Guests: Take orders with energy, accuracy, and a smile
• Cook & Prep: Fry chicken, prepare sides, and assemble plates to Hot Chi standards
• Stay Organized: Keep stations stocked, clean, and food-safe
• Teamwork: Support your crew wherever needed—FOH, BOH, or expo
• Represent Hot Chi: Bring positivity, hustle, and hospitality to every shift
