About The Position

How We Achieve It: By investing in both our crew and community, cultivating a family-oriented culture, and serving great subs! Our crew members are critical to the daily success of our restaurants. They perform an array of tasks such as engaging with guests as they place their orders, taking payments, and crafting our delicious subs. They are on the front lines of our operations and are paramount to the successful execution of our mission.
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent menu and product knowledge
- Team player
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Engaging with guests as they place their orders
- Taking payments
- Crafting our delicious subs
- Accurately and efficiently prepare guests' orders
- Communicate effectively with guests, including thanking them, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional manner
- Participate in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
- Complete other restaurant functions such as cashiering or cleaning per management direction or any other duties assigned by the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager.
