About The Position

Wingstop is a restaurant that has been serving fresh, made-to-order wings since 1994. Their mission is to serve the world flavor with great food and even better service. As a Crew Member, you will either be a Guest Service Expert, focusing on customer interaction, or a Flavor Expert, working in the kitchen to prepare meals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service or prepare crave-worthy meals, sometimes both in the same shift
  • Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards to keep the kitchen and front of house running like a well-oiled fryer
  • Collaborate with your team to keep things moving during busy rushes
  • Stay on your toes and ready to help out wherever needed
  • Show up with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to bringing the flavor every day
  • Take orders and answer questions to create positive guest experiences (Guest Service Expert)
  • Prep fresh-made sides, hand-sauce every order to perfection, and ensure each meal leaves the kitchen hot, fresh, and ready (Flavor Expert)
