About The Position

As a Crew Member, you will either be a Guest Service Expert, focusing on customer interaction, or a Flavor Expert, working in the kitchen to prepare meals.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Deliver exceptional guest service or prepare crave-worthy meals, sometimes both in the same shift
Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards to keep the kitchen and front of house running like a well-oiled fryer
Collaborate with your team to keep things moving during busy rushes
Stay on your toes and ready to help out wherever needed
Show up with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to bringing the flavor every day
Take orders and answer questions to create positive guest experiences (Guest Service Expert)
Prep fresh-made sides, hand-sauce every order to perfection, and ensure each meal leaves the kitchen hot, fresh, and ready (Flavor Expert)
