Requirements

• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation and a working cell phone
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle fast-paced environments
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Open to part-time day or night shifts , with opportunities to move into full-time and Shift Leader roles

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and deliver exceptional service every time
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Support your team during busy rushes and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Learn every role in the shop — from slicing to grill to register — to grow your skills and leadership potential
