Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and build positive relationships with patrons
• Prioritize a q uality c ustomer e xperience with a f riendly a pproach and e fficient t ime m anagement
• Develop a t horough k nowledge of f ood and beverage m enu
• Accurately r ing up customer orders and b ag or tray all f ood and b everag e items , per c ustomer o rder
• Process payments at the point-of-sale system by e fficiently and r esponsibly h andling c ash and c redit c ard t ransactions
• Regularly a ssist with s tocking, o rganizing, and c leaning the dining room
• Deliver food to dine-in guests, as well as clear away trays
• Sanitize tables, seats, and food trays
• Follow all s afety and s anitation p rocedures per c ompany p olicy, in a lignment with h ealth d epartment r egulations
• Effectively c ommunicate with k itchen and m anagement to p rovide q uality c ustomer s ervice
